Project Coordinator

Overview

Helius Technologies is looking for a motivated and well-organized Project Coordinator to assist in the management, organization, and tracking of IT projects. This position offers an excellent entry point for recent graduates interested in gaining practical experience in project management, IT operations, and system implementations within a demanding and mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily project operations including progress tracking, milestone monitoring, and deliverables follow-up.
• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of meetings and workshops involving various teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as reports, action trackers, risk logs, change requests, and presentation materials.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes by supporting compliance tracking, audit preparations, and documentation for reviews and testing phases.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams including software, system engineers, infrastructure, IT security, vendors, and external partners to facilitate testing, deployment, and incident management.

Candidate Profile

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience in project coordination.
• Basic understanding or eagerness to learn IT project lifecycles, software development processes, system implementations, and cloud technologies.
• Proficient with productivity and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms like Teams.

• The role is offered on a one-year renewable contract basis.
