Customer Service Officer - Banking Sector

Job Overview

This position is a one-year renewable contract role as a Customer Service Officer in the banking sector, based in Singapore with locations in Jurong or Changi depending on proximity to residence. Initial training for two months will be conducted at the Changi location.

Work Schedule

Shifts are in the afternoon with varying timings: 1 pm to 10 pm, 2 pm to 11 pm, or 3 pm to 12 am. Employees will have one weekday off and one weekend off each week.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in the banking sector or five years in non-banking customer service roles.
• Fresh graduates holding a Diploma or Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable using various computer applications and tools.
• Preferably candidates with customer-facing experience, whether in front or backend roles.

Role Responsibilities

• Meet established customer center targets and key performance indicators while maintaining excellence in service quality.
• Ensure all customer requests are handled accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Promote the bank’s products and services by effectively cross-selling to customers.
• Support customers in adopting digital banking platforms tailored to their preferences.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the bank's standards during customer interactions.
• Be adaptable with work assignments as operational needs require.
• Assist the operations team with managing customer requests and following up on transactions.
• On-the-job training will be provided to facilitate success in this role.
