Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator IV specializing in technical product operations to lead program management, data analysis, and operational enhancements across the Product & Regulatory Operations sector. This role demands expertise in technical program oversight, SQL data manipulation, AI-enhanced workflows, and cross-team collaboration to deliver impactful operational and analytical solutions.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a remote position based in the U.S., with the expectation to potentially transition to a hybrid work model in New York City, Menlo Park, Washington D.C., or Seattle as company offices reopen.

Duration & Eligibility

This assignment is for 4 months. Only direct W2 employees will be considered; sponsorship is not available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of multiple technical product initiatives, including launching new products and scaling operational programs.
  • Develop, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries for large-scale data extraction and business insight generation.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker to facilitate data visualization.
  • Utilize AI tools and intelligent agents to streamline workflows and prototype operational automations.
  • Analyze program risks, proposing strategic mitigations to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Manage numerous concurrent projects, ensuring comprehensive documentation, timeline adherence, and clear communications.
  • Continuously improve processes by applying technical and programmatic solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations that inform product strategies and business decisions.

Internal Contributions

  • Participate in internal practice community meetings and contribute to industry thought leadership within the itD team.
  • Develop case studies, learning content, and materials to advance digital transformation initiatives.
  • Engage in both virtual and in-person internal networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on career development and fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in technical product operations, program management, consulting, or strategy roles.
  • Expert knowledge in advanced SQL techniques, including CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and data transformations.
  • Proven ability to employ AI-driven workflows and automation solutions.
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets with pivot tables, formulas, and automation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple cross-functional projects in rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high self-motivation and initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous support of Meta Product Operations teams.
  • Experience with AI-assisted code development, low-code/no-code platforms, or AI-generated programming.
  • Familiarity with development environments like VS Code.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Unidash.
  • Understanding of data pipeline architectures, ETL processes, and data infrastructure.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering to define technical product requirements.
  • Background in quality assurance, product testing, AI/ML validation, or technical operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
