Role overview
Belong is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support its Central Services IT function. In this role, you will work alongside the Project Manager and teams across IT, applications, data, and operational services to help digital and technology projects stay structured, on schedule, and progressing well.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys bringing order to busy workstreams, keeping details accurate, and helping people stay aligned. You will play a key part in coordinating activities, maintaining records, and ensuring follow-through on actions, risks, and decisions.
Location and hours
The role is based at Pepper House in Nantwich, England, United Kingdom, with hybrid working available under Belong's Hybrid Working Policy. The working pattern is 37.5 hours per week.
Salary
The pay for this role is £32,209 per year.
What you will do
- Organise project activities, schedules, resources, and communications.
- Keep project plans, trackers, and supporting documents up to date.
- Set up project meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions.
- Draft agendas, supporting materials, and meeting notes.
- Record actions, decisions, and key outcomes accurately.
- Make sure tasks are clearly owned and tracked through to completion.
- Track progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate logs for risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
- Chase outstanding actions and raise concerns when needed.
- Assist with project reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Support training, communication, and change-related activity.
- Help with system go-lives and the handover of projects into business-as-usual use.
- Collaborate closely with IT, application support, data, and operational teams.
