  • Handle digital release distribution with partners, ensuring accurate delivery of assets, metadata, and artwork.
  • Oversee retail and venue sales channels and track inventory and sales trends during the campaign.
  • Lead integrated marketing efforts encompassing social media, advertising, email, publicity, and promotional collaborations.
  • Maintain and update campaign calendars, marketing timelines, and key milestones.
  • Work with creative professionals including designers, photographers, videographers, and publicists to produce campaign materials and maximize exposure.
  • Supervise production of EPKs, press releases, promotional items, and digital content.
  • Evaluate campaign metrics on sales, streaming, and audience engagement, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage brand partnerships, promotional collaborations, and event planning including launch events, listening sessions, and showcases.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor relations, guest management, and on-site operations.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years or more working in product or project management, label operations, release coordination, or artist marketing within the music industry.

  • Proven track record in managing all stages of music releases.
  • Knowledge of vinyl and physical production processes is an advantage.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with an eye for detail.
  • Effective multi-stakeholder management and ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously while collaborating within creative and business teams.
