Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Analyst spearheads program monitoring efforts that ensure compliance, performance tracking, and ongoing enhancement across the organization. This position is accountable for conducting internal audits and reviews to verify adherence to funding requirements, contractual commitments, regulations, and organizational standards. Collaborating closely with program leaders, the Director of Contract Compliance, Data Manager, and other key personnel, the analyst performs data-centric assessments, documentation audits, and policy evaluations to detect risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits and systematic program reviews for compliance and performance measurement.
• Evaluate data and documentation to identify compliance gaps and operational risks.
• Collaborate with leadership and data teams to align policies and procedures.
• Support the creation and oversight of corrective action plans to address audit findings.
• Ensure readiness for audits through rigorous data integrity and reporting standards.
• Assist in maintaining operational effectiveness in line with funder and regulatory mandates.

Working Conditions and Salary

This full-time position is based onsite at the New York, NY location, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The salary range offered is between $60,000 and $65,000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience and any additional qualifications.
