Role Overview

The Program Manager position at Líder Distribuidora is a part-time, remote opportunity intended for entry-level candidates aiming to assist in the coordination and execution of operational and strategic projects. The individual will focus on helping manage project tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and keeping accurate documentation to maintain program alignment with goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project-related activities and track progress to maintain adherence to schedules and scope.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across functions to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
  • Prepare and disseminate status reports and keep project tracking tools up to date.
  • Assist in the identification and monitoring of risks and dependencies affecting projects.
  • Support improvements in processes and assist in collecting and organizing data for review.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Basic skills in program and project coordination such as task organization, milestone tracking, and documentation maintenance.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to gather information, spot patterns, and assist in decision-making efforts.
  • Good command of written and verbal communication to interact effectively with remote teams and convey concise progress updates.
  • Strong organizational and time management aptitude, enabling the handling of several duties within a part-time schedule.
  • Familiarity and ease with digital tools including project management software, collaboration platforms, and video conferencing technologies.
  • Self-motivated ability to work autonomously with guidance, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to adapt.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: prior experience or internship in program management, project support, operations, or related fields.
  • Educational background ideally includes an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Administration, or a closely related area, or equivalent hands-on experience.
