Role Overview
We are looking for an operationally-driven leader passionate about social responsibility and employee engagement to join the Ripple Impact team as a Program Manager. This individual will oversee and expand Ripple's employee giving and volunteering initiatives across our worldwide offices. Responsibilities include managing CSR software, coordinating volunteer activities, and developing communications that encourage broad employee involvement in collaboration with nonprofit and academic partners. The position involves regular in-person relationship development and requires up to 20-25% travel depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Social Impact to maintain Ripple's standing as a global leader in corporate social responsibility.
- Administer the CSR platform, facilitating global employee matching gifts and creating engaging fundraisers and volunteer pages.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aimed at enhancing awareness and participation in CSR programs on a global scale.
- Collaborate with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to design volunteering opportunities aligned with the interests of diverse global teams.
- Manage relationships with regional nonprofit and academic collaborators.
- Plan and implement both in-person and virtual volunteer events.
- Monitor, analyze, and report participation and impact data to inform strategic decisions.
- Travel as required to Ripple's various office locations (up to 25%).
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in social impact, CSR, and employee engagement within fast-growing global organizations.
- Proven experience administering CSR platforms such as Deed or comparable tools (e.g., Benevity), with in-depth knowledge of donation matching processes and due diligence.
- Skilled at managing collaborative programs and adept at capturing, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant data.
- Experience working across multiple departments including HR, Communications, and Workplace to promote program adoption and cultural integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Highly action-oriented mindset capable of handling intricate logistics ranging from international donation compliance to large-scale event coordination.
