Role Summary
This Program Manager role demands a committed individual who can lead programs and solutions ensuring adherence to customer schedules and budgets while effectively managing technical, schedule, and cost performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and deliverable quality of all contractor personnel totaling 17 full-time equivalents.
- Maintain close coordination with Contracting Office Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (CO), and ETO Division Chiefs to communicate program status.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and working group sessions to share vital information.
- Ensure all activities align with contract specifications and meet performance benchmarks.
- Manage contractor accountability including supervising personnel adjustments.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and fulfill program support needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversee risk management efforts within the program.
- Create and update the Program Management Plan to reflect current and future activities.
- Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports and lead Monthly In-Progress Reviews.
- Assure consistent quality control across all contract deliverables and operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated competence in program and project management.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
