• Successful history of securing internal and external research grants.
• Collaborative international engagements with academic and research institutions.
• Experience in program accreditation, graduate education, and academic leadership roles.
• Expertise in areas including inclusive education, gifted education, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, assistive technologies, twice-exceptional learners, assessment/intervention strategies, or teacher training.
• Familiarity with the UAE educational landscape and cultural context is advantageous.
• Arabic language proficiency is beneficial.
