Role Overview

We are looking for a Professional Talent Acquisition specialist to join our Düsseldorf office, focusing within the Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute job advertisements independently, from drafting to implementation.
• Advise and collaborate with specialist departments to clarify hiring needs and job requirements.
• Identify and select suitable candidates through comprehensive sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial telephone screenings to evaluate candidate eligibility and fit.
• Lead both virtual and in-person interviews; prepare detailed reports on assessments.
• Facilitate and promote local initiatives aimed at strengthening employer branding.

Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed degree in a business-related field or equivalent vocational commercial training.
• Relevant experience within talent acquisition or a related domain.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with structured organization.
