About the Role

Role Overview
The position is for a professional photographer/videographer working remotely on contract. The work is structured around completing visual tasks to a high standard while following the provided brief and quality expectations.
Core Responsibilities
- Create 10 input images featuring people, objects, or backgrounds.
- Produce 1 final image and 1 final video that combine all inputs within the same frame.
- Maintain strong production quality and stay aligned with the supplied guidelines.
- Handle work independently and stay productive in fast-moving settings.
- Deliver clean, polished output without adding unnecessary complexity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in photography.
- A strong portfolio showing polished photo and video storytelling.
- Access to professional camera gear, such as a DSLR or comparable equipment; phone-only setups are not accepted.
- Working knowledge of common editing tools, including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Ability to perform well independently, work efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Profile
- Someone who is imaginative, flexible, and comfortable solving problems in changing environments.
- A proactive creator who enjoys experimenting with new visual concepts.
Application Process
The application process is estimated to take 20–30 minutes in total. It includes a 20-minute interview, a 5-minute form, and a paid work trial for selected candidates. The work trial pays $120, and successful candidates may be onboarded for additional assignments.
Compensation and Payment Terms
The effective earning rate is stated as about $60 per hour, but pay is not calculated hourly. Instead, compensation is task-based. Completing one task pays $120, and the task is expected to take around 2 hours.
