Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Specialist holding professional credentials like CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA to join our team on a remote, contract basis. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with competitive compensation ranging from $65 to $90 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist research and engineering teams by bridging gaps in financial reasoning, analysis, and decision-making.
- Create challenging finance-related tasks that are relevant to the domain and develop well-reasoned, accurate solutions grounded in practical finance knowledge.
- Assess outputs generated by AI models using specific rubrics, and provide detailed written feedback regarding accuracy, judgment, and quality of reasoning.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of evaluation criteria and scoring rubrics tailored to finance tasks.
- Work closely with other subject matter experts to maintain consistency and precision in training data.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of focused professional experience in finance sectors such as investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, accounting, auditing, treasury, or financial planning and analysis.
- Possession of one of the following recognized professional finance qualifications: CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA.
- Availability to commit reliably for at least 10 hours per week on weekdays.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with problem-solving abilities and interpersonal competence.
