Position Overview

This role as a Professional Cleaning Specialist is a full-time position offering a hybrid work arrangement based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. It combines hands-on cleaning duties at client sites with remote responsibilities like scheduling appointments, submitting reports, and communicating with customers. Daily tasks involve delivering thorough cleaning services across multiple settings—commercial offices, residential properties, and rental accommodations—while adhering to safety guidelines and checklists. Key activities include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, removing waste, and preparing homes for transitions.

The Specialist is expected to liaise with property managers and clients, document maintenance concerns, and consistently apply green cleaning practices. Punctuality, dependability, and maintaining Virenza’s high standards of customer service are vital to succeed in this role.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in commercial cleaning processes, including office and property maintenance programs.
• Skilled in residential cleaning tasks for houses and vacation rental turnovers.
• Experience managing carpet care such as vacuuming and stain removal techniques.
