Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, reliable, and organized Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. This role suits individuals beginning their administrative career or remote operations who thrive on structured tasks, systematic processes, and precise accuracy. No extensive prior experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support are offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update records accurately using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Validate data for correctness, completeness, and uniformity
- Standardize data entry across internal platforms
- Detect and report duplicate or incomplete entries for review
- Organize digital files and documentation systematically
- Facilitate reporting by maintaining precise records
- Receive, organize, and route administrative requests appropriately
- Monitor task progression and perform necessary follow-ups
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of task statuses
- Ensure proactive communication if additional details are needed
- Update and manage internal tracking dashboards and workflow logs
- Compile summarized progress updates for team awareness
- Spot recurring problems and suggest process improvements when relevant
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling duties
- Send timely reminders for deadlines and critical milestones
- Track onboarding completion and checklist adherence
- Review documentation to ensure compliance with company protocols
- Support adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain organized digital folders

Employment Details
This position is fully remote supporting operations across the MENA region (including UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar). Flexible scheduling is provided with an option for full-time or part-time employment. Pay is competitive and dependent on experience.
