Compensation

• Starting pay of $17.50/hour during up to 100 hours of probation/training (usually shorter)
• Base pay of $20/hour after training completion, with potential for quicker advancement
• Additional tipping averaging $2–$5/hour for residential work (not guaranteed)
• Pay for managing supplies and reimbursement for travel expenses
• $1,000 sign-on bonus after completing first 400 hours

Work Schedule

Primarily daytime residential shifts Monday through Saturday with full-time or part-time options. Some evening schedules may be available for commercial cleaning. Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (role suits those located in Asheville/Buncombe County)
• Smartphone with data connectivity
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs
• Clean criminal background check
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
