Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker for manufacturing based in Munich to contribute full-time to our team. If you are passionate about high-tech equipment and understand the theory behind production optimization, you will thrive in this role. Experience in transformer production and the ability to identify and implement process improvements are essential to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce transformers (up to 400W) while measuring electrical and mechanical parameters accurately.
- Develop manufacturing solutions during the design phase to solve production challenges.
- Collaborate closely with development engineers to bring manufacturable transformer designs to fruition.
- Complete sample reporting and prepare necessary technical documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably as an electronics or electrical technician, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with measurement technology, mechanical processes, and fundamental electronic components is beneficial.
- Familiarity with testing standards for transformers and inductors is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Business-level fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to detect and resolve errors or process issues to ensure continuous production flow.
