Role Overview

Join us as a Production Technician where you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. This hands-on position involves operating and troubleshooting production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting production flow, all contributing directly to the success of our major brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, assemble products, and ensure continuous production flow.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to foster a safe working environment for everyone.
• Uphold high-quality standards by following GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense procedures rigorously.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and execute proper functioning of processing and filling machinery, including end-of-line equipment.
• Operate process control computer systems, identify issues, and manage operational monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of SOPs, checklists, and work instructions when required.
• Accurately complete all manufacturing documentation, reports, log sheets, and batch records promptly.
• Perform cleaning duties following sanitary protocols and maintain a hygienic workplace.
• Conduct product testing as per SOPs and maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Carry out assigned maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment.
• Disassemble and assemble production machinery correctly as part of maintenance activities.
• Exercise independent judgment while collaborating effectively within team settings.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of NITEC or Diploma in relevant fields; alternatively, GCE N, O, or A Levels in sciences, technical, health, or food manufacturing disciplines.
• Attention to detail with experience documenting tasks meticulously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights of 15 to 20 kilograms as required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts and commute to Tuas (transport is provided from various MRT stations).
