Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate production machinery and associated technology.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to produce popular beverage products.
- Maintain rigorous attention to safety for self and colleagues.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed, with support to obtain licenses.
- Contribute positively to team culture and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure consistent adherence to high standards of quality and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Physically capable and willing to engage in practical, hands-on tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Dependable, flexible, and motivated to learn new skills.
- Experience in production, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or warehousing sectors preferred but not mandatory.
- A positive, can-do attitude valued more than prior industry experience.
- Comfortable working on rotating 12-hour shifts that may follow a 24/5 or 24/7 schedule.
- Enjoys teamwork and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
