About the Company
S.K. Enterprise is a manufacturing unit specializing in T-shirts and knitted garments, operating with a setup of 15-20 machines in Tirupur.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities across cutting, stitching, and finishing departments.
- Maintain strict quality control to minimize defects and reduce rework.
- Monitor and compare daily production targets against actual output to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate effectively with tailors, quality checkers, and helpers to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage the inventory of fabrics and trims present on the production floor.
- Ensure orders are dispatched promptly in line with scheduled deadlines.
- Maintain accurate daily production documentation and generate reports.
- Plan and manage workforce shifts and manpower allocation suitably.
