S.K. Enterprise is a manufacturing unit specializing in T-shirts and knitted garments, operating with a setup of 15-20 machines in Tirupur.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities across cutting, stitching, and finishing departments.
• Maintain strict quality control to minimize defects and reduce rework.
• Monitor and compare daily production targets against actual output to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate effectively with tailors, quality checkers, and helpers to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage the inventory of fabrics and trims present on the production floor.
• Ensure orders are dispatched promptly in line with scheduled deadlines.
• Maintain accurate daily production documentation and generate reports.
• Plan and manage workforce shifts and manpower allocation suitably.
