What you will do

  • Direct the daily production operation so output, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Make sure labour, materials, and equipment are used effectively.
  • Track production results and introduce corrective measures when performance slips.
  • Promote a workplace culture built on safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Guide, support, and develop production teams to improve engagement and results.
  • Oversee staffing plans, shift scheduling, and performance management activities.
  • Lead operational and organisational change initiatives as a driver of improvement.
  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and process-improvement methods to raise efficiency and productivity.

  • Proven ability to lead change and deliver operational improvements.
  • Practical exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous-improvement tools.
