Production Manager - Homeopathic Medicines

Role Overview

This position is with a well-established pharmaceutical organization with an international footprint. The role focuses on managing the production of homeopathic medicines and ensuring the process meets quality and regulatory expectations.

Key Duties

You will be responsible for preparing, diluting, and standardizing homeopathic formulations to achieve the required potency. The role also includes monitoring quality checks for both incoming raw materials and finished products, along with ensuring that production activities remain compliant with the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of India.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should hold a background in pharmacy, science, or homeopathic medicine, and should be familiar with pharmacognosy, homeopathic principles, and GMP practices. Experience in homeopathic production is important for this position.

Additional Information

Preferred qualification backgrounds include BHMS, BHM/BHMCT, B.Pharma, or B.Sc in any specialization. A diploma in homeopathic principles is also relevant. The expected salary range for this role is INR 5,00,000 to INR 10,00,000 per year. The role calls for approximately 5 years of experience in homeopathic production.
