Overview
Zephyr by Jyoti Khosla invites applications for the position of Sales & Production Executive to be based in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. This role demands an individual with 2 to 3 years of experience in a fashion studio or designer label environment who is organized, accountable, and enthusiastic about engaging with customers and overseeing production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage offline sales and provide excellent customer service in the store.
- Monitor and track online orders, maintaining communication with clients as necessary.
- Oversee garment production from order initiation through to delivery.
- Support the design team with production activities and everyday tasks.
- Supervise store management, inventory control, and daily operational tasks.
- Coordinate with tailors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure punctual deliveries.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience within a fashion studio or designer label.
- Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the garment production process.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in using spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Remuneration
The monthly salary offered ranges between 15000 to 25000 INR.
