Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Drive continuous enhancements of equipment, processes, and workflows.
- Implement and refine the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) on-site.
- Expand the deployment of the Digital Manufacturing Operating System (DMOS) within the plant.
- Pioneer digitalization and automation initiatives to boost production efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in production engineering or comparable technical disciplines.
- Practical experience in production operations.
- Expertise in digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

- Starting date: immediate.
- Location: Bremen-Hemelingen.
- Employment type: permanent, full-time with 37.5 hours per week and flexible working hours.
