Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Drive continuous enhancements of equipment, processes, and workflows.
• Implement and refine the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) on-site.
• Expand the deployment of the Digital Manufacturing Operating System (DMOS) within the plant.
• Pioneer digitalization and automation initiatives to boost production efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in production engineering or comparable technical disciplines.
• Practical experience in production operations.
• Expertise in digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Location: Bremen-Hemelingen.
• Employment type: permanent, full-time with 37.5 hours per week and flexible working hours.
