Role Summary
We are looking for a versatile and meticulous Production Designer to support both creative design and production processes. This hybrid position requires ensuring visual uniformity and high quality across client presentations, marketing collateral, and varied creative projects.
Key Duties
- Partner with designers and creative directors to implement concepts aligned with client brand design guidelines.
- Create diverse projects such as book layouts, logos, icons, apparel designs, postcards, posters, large-scale outdoor advertising, infographics, and templates using multiple applications.
- Maintain consistent typography, photo treatment, and visual standards in presentation decks ranging from 30 to 150 slides.
- Improve client presentations by adding engaging visuals and reconstructing charts and data representations.
- Produce different versions of digital banners, print advertisements, and other assets, ensuring brand compliance and precision.
- Rebuild files in suitable software, verifying accuracy and correct setup.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, identifying all inconsistencies and edits in client deliverables.
- Support brand rejuvenation efforts and contribute to establishing new design standards under senior designer guidance.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of two years in a production design role, ideally within a creative agency or similar setting.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation platforms including Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Excellent visual consistency and meticulousness.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities to juggle multiple assignments.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings and independently manage responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization and infographic creation is advantageous.
- Preferred skills include creating HTML5 animations with Google Web Designer and GIFs using Photoshop.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000, dependent on experience and credentials.

Work Location and Hours
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United States. Core working hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Employees are expected to work eight hours daily and be available online during these core hours, excluding lunch and breaks.
