Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying and executing operational improvements and elevating team capabilities through structured training programs and nurturing a collaborative environment.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The role operates on a night shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM. The salary is £56,000 per year including shift allowance, complemented by a 10% bonus. Additional benefits include an enhanced pension scheme, healthcare coverage, and 33 days of annual leave.
