Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Execute SAP production confirmations adhering strictly to corporate norm 03.8.001.
- Assess packaging material usage and ensure accurate consumption reporting within SAP.
- Address and resolve all COGI discrepancies related to direct materials.
- Daily monitor discrepancies between SAP inventory and physical production stock.
- Follow Corporate Norms 03.11.008 and 03.11.034 related to inventory control and management.
- Maintain organized records of production data and material consumption in designated files.
- Prepare and manage Anomaly Reports detailing losses and inventory adjustments.
- Adhere rigorously to the company’s food safety policies and procedures.
- Distribute daily finished goods production reports to factory stakeholders.
- Conduct reconciliation of finished goods between SAP records and warehouse receipts.
- Update production dates and shelf life in SAP transaction MSC2N accurately.
- Validate production details in traceability systems such as Innova against SAP entries.
- Handle SAP reversals and manual consumption entries for coatings and elaborated materials to reflect actual records.
- Comply with Sustainability Policy by integrating activities that uphold ESG commitments and promote sustainable development within the supply chain.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is desirable.
