OTR Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for an OTR Supervisor to join our Delivery Stations where last-mile delivery operations are managed to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality package delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team safety by enforcing Amazon’s Health and Safety policies.
• Lead and supervise Delivery Associates and oversee last-mile delivery workflows.
• Track and improve On-The-Road (OTR) performance metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Delivery-Dock Success (DDS), Delivery-On-Time (DOT), and overall delivery success rates.
• Address and resolve real-time routing, dispatch, and delivery challenges to maintain excellent on-time delivery standards.
• Continuously enhance OTR processes and work on reducing delivery defects.
• Share best practices with peers and support knowledge sharing within the network.
• Daily coordination with vendors for onboarding processes and facilitating contractor onboarding.
• Manage incentives, conduct uniform audits and inventory checks.
• Communicate daily operations updates with DSP points of contact and escalate issues as necessary.
• Handle delivery station callouts concerning DSP delivery associates on day-to-day matters.
• Organize and monitor Day 0 attendance compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Capacity to work 40 hours per week with potential overtime as required.
• Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience (at least 1 year) with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
