Role Overview
The Product Success Manager is a key individual contributor responsible for propelling the commercial success and accelerating market adoption of particular products and services. You will strategize and implement go-to-market plans, empower sales teams, and uncover growth avenues across various regions. By leveraging deep product knowledge, pipeline insights, and cooperation with regional teams, you will significantly influence product successes, market expansion, and revenue increase.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed commercial goals to boost the performance of assigned products and services.
- Stimulate global product adoption through sales team support and thorough product enablement.
- Develop and apply go-to-market strategies, segmenting customers with feedback from markets and identifying feature deficiencies.
- Spot growth opportunities and collaborate with regional units and headquarters to realize potential and resolve obstacles.
- Track and report on sales pipeline metrics including creation, velocity, and conversion, working jointly with global and regional stakeholders to eliminate hindrances.
- Coordinate with regional Product Sales Experts and Customer Success Executives to align on quarterly and annual priorities and growth plans.
- Inform regional teams about major product updates and launches to enhance client-facing solutions.
- Partner with Product Analysts to review regional pipelines and define corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Engage in important customer discussions, supporting account executives and customer success roles as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to showcase product achievements, generate social proof, and maximize market influence.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technical disciplines, or related fields.
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product success, sales enablement, or equivalent roles.
- Experience in SaaS environments is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured and systematic mindset.
- Exemplary communication skills capable of engaging a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Proactive and analytical thinker who adapts comfortably to evolving business needs.
- Strong command of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous exposure to or eagerness to learn about our industry is a plus.
