Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Operations professional to join our team. This role will be critical in supporting the Product team by implementing impactful initiatives that facilitate our fast-paced expansion and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Product teams to shape and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with company objectives.
• Develop and refine scalable operational processes that accommodate Huspy’s rapid growth and improve efficiency.
• Detect product, operational, and growth opportunities to foster innovation and enhance offerings.
• Propose and implement new features and upgrades to improve the user experience and ensure smooth product workflows.
• Oversee essential vendor partnerships and establish robust performance metrics to evaluate success and pinpoint areas for optimization.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years experience working in a fast-moving business context.
• Proven expertise in independently managing and leading complex projects through all phases.
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable parts.
• A strong affinity for working with data to drive decisions.
• Interest in the real estate sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the property technology (PropTech) field.
• A STEM-related degree from a recognized top-tier university.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
