Role Overview
As a Product Specialist in Immunology based in Dammam, your key responsibility will be to represent Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical products with healthcare professionals. You will ensure these are prescribed appropriately and within clinical guidelines, while strictly adhering to the company’s Credo and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize patient access and market share of assigned immunology products by understanding patient pathways and ensuring sales processes comply with Johnson & Johnson policies, quality standards, and local legislation.
- Engage healthcare professionals through a multichannel approach including face-to-face visits, emails, phone calls, and presentations, delivering both quality and quantity of contact as per strategic plans.
- Promote the scientific and innovative image of Johnson & Johnson within assigned accounts by organizing promotional and digital scientific meetings.
- Conduct thorough account mapping to understand logistics, product listing, contracting, stakeholders, and decision-making processes within each account.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders such as pharmacy directors, procurement managers, tender managers, and hospital leadership.
- Identify short- and long-term business opportunities in alignment with business unit strategies in cooperation with the Market Access team.
- Execute all interactions with customers in line with set quality indicators and key performance metrics, including accurate reporting, sample management, and continuous qualitative performance enhancement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors through training, scientific quizzes, and compliance with ethical business practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with company and legal policies including pharmacovigilance, adverse event reporting, quality standards, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and therapeutic area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities effectively.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time, onsite role located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
- Compliance with foreign corrupt practices, local health care laws, and pharmacovigilance regulations is mandatory.
