Role Summary

The company is hiring a Product Specialist - Hematology for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role sits within Pharmaceutical Sales, specifically under Oncology/Hematology sales on a commission basis, and is classified as a professional-level position.

Role Purpose

The Product Specialist represents the organization to healthcare professionals, ensuring products are positioned according to their approved clinical uses and in line with J&J Credo commitments. The role focuses on promoting registered products within approved indications, expanding product access by partnering with other teams, and communicating product value in a way that supports more eligible patients receiving treatment.

Key Responsibilities

The role is accountable for growing patient share for assigned products by understanding the patient journey, driving sales performance, and ensuring all selling activities follow compliance requirements, quality standards, and local regulations.

  • Use multiple communication channels to engage healthcare professionals on the assigned list, including face-to-face meetings, email, phone calls, and presentations where needed, while meeting the required quality and activity standards set by the CVT strategy and delivering clear visit feedback.
  • Work toward territory market-share targets.
  • Strengthen the company’s reputation as a science-led, digitally forward innovator within assigned accounts and arrange promotional as well as digital scientific meetings.
  • Map each account thoroughly, including logistical workflows, product listing steps, contract processes, key stakeholders, and decision-making paths.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with stakeholders and customers within the accounts, such as pharmacy directors, senior procurement managers, tender managers, and hospital leadership.
  • Spot short- and long-term opportunities in line with business unit strategy, working together with the Market Access team.
  • Meet Customer Interaction Excellence requirements and KPIs on time, including database updates, accurate visit reporting with useful feedback, proper sample handling, and ongoing improvement in call quality.
  • Keep strong, current knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors.
  • Deliver strong results in scientific quizzes organized by the CVT team, in line with manager expectations.
  • Attend all assigned training sessions and apply the learning to improve technical knowledge and ethical business conduct.
  • Run assigned activities in accordance with compliance rules and the approved CRM system and SOPs.
  • Follow company and local requirements, including applicable laws, HCBI guidelines, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the business conduct policy, and other internal policies.
  • Report adverse events and product quality complaints according to pharmacovigilance procedures and company rules.
  • Observe quality, compliance, and safety expectations, including global fleet safety standards and local traffic laws.
  • Demonstrate self-discipline, a strong results focus, and leadership aligned with Credo principles.
