About the Role

The Product team is responsible for creating the experiences behind Revolut’s core products. It works across Design, Engineering, and Data to turn complex challenges into straightforward, scalable solutions that customers enjoy using.

This role is for a Product Owner who can take full responsibility for a product roadmap, including daily execution, delivery management, and risk handling. You will work from early concept through launch and ongoing improvement, partnering across functions and keeping senior stakeholders informed so you become the main point of contact for your feature area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define team goals, success measures, and the roadmap so they support wider company objectives.
• Use data insights, market understanding, and business strategy to decide where the team can create the biggest impact.
• Own the full lifecycle of the product, from early ideas and development through launch, growth, and long-term maintenance.
• Work closely with Design and UX specialists to map the customer journey and create a strong user experience.
• Coordinate with Engineering to make sure product delivery is efficient and on track.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, and Strategy to align execution and decisions.

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-growing technology company or in a finance-related domain such as acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, or insurance.
• At least 2 years of success building consumer mobile products.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or managing people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong judgment for UX/UI quality and a clear understanding of design best practices.
• Good analytical ability combined with sound business thinking and ROI-focused prioritization.
• Experience creating and driving a focused product vision while communicating it effectively to leadership, customers, and partners.
• Background in leading product development and launch from the ground up.
• Comfort working in ambiguous situations and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to continuously improve.

Nice to Have

• A bachelor’s degree from a top university.
