About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Product Owner / Product Delivery Lead to oversee the entire lifecycle of our multi-tenant SaaS platforms and AI-powered workflow engines. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and flawless delivery of our core product lines: Medscribe, NovoPath, and Atom. This position demands a proactive product champion who can skillfully prioritize features, craft intuitive user experiences, and guide engineering teams toward polished, business-aligned releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and maintain the product vision and ensure alignment by converting user research, market inputs, and business goals into a prioritized product backlog.
- Deliver high-quality features by serving as the final quality gatekeeper to ensure releases are not just operational but intuitive, well-designed, and reliable.
- Manage and coordinate product roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies across Medscribe, NovoPath, and Atom products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams by providing clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria while removing ambiguities and barriers.
- Use data analytics to define metrics, track user adoption, and optimize workflows to inform iterative product improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4 years experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Delivery within fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Ability to transform complex, ambiguous user feedback into fully implemented products with high adoption rates.
- Strong UX/UI insight including understanding user behavior, retention strategies, and workflow enhancement.
- Technical proficiency in software architecture, APIs, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms, enabling effective collaboration and technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Excellent English communication skills for presenting to business stakeholders and collaborating with developers.
