Overview
Join Luminor Group as a Product Owner and be part of building a leading Baltic bank. This role focuses on managing product and technology aspects of corporate statements, overseeing bank-to-customer statements, digital statement services, SWIFT solutions, and related integrations. You will ensure a compliant, reliable, and user-friendly experience for corporate clients by translating various stakeholder needs into actionable priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of corporate statement services including formats, delivery, history, data quality, automation, and system reliability.
- Define requirements for statement data and standards, ensuring compliance with SWIFT and ISO 20022 protocols and aligning with stakeholder expectations.
- Lead the agile team by owning and prioritizing the backlog, specifying requirements, and supporting consistent delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration among accounts, payments, channels, data platforms, operations, and IT to maintain data accuracy and stability.
- Monitor various performance metrics such as availability, incident frequency, data integrity, stability, error rates, and risk factors.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, audit, retention, and customer agreement obligations across Baltic markets.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in product ownership, agile delivery, cash management, corporate banking, payments, accounts, reporting, or digital banking services.
- Strong interest and understanding of technology’s role in corporate account statements utilized for reconciliation, treasury, accounting, audit, and liquidity management.
- Analytical aptitude for handling data quality issues, customer feedback, incidents, and process improvement.
- Proven stakeholder management skills collaborating with business, operations, compliance, data, and IT departments.
- Agile leadership strengths including direction setting, prioritization, and maintaining technically sustainable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex flows, dependencies, and requirements.
- Technical awareness of integrations, data flows, statement generation logic, file formats, standards, data retention, and related cash management channels. Knowledge of SWIFT or ISO 20022 standards is advantageous.
- Fluency in English for communication across Pan-Baltic teams.
