Job Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-driven design and product tools to enhance user journey mappings, speed product discovery, validate assumptions, and convert business needs into detailed epics and user stories.
- Lead product discussions based on AI and data insights such as predictive analytics and automation to prioritize the product backlog and guide technical decisions, aligning teams with strategic objectives.
- Define and monitor key product objectives (OKRs) using AI-supported analytics to enforce iterative improvements within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and support business process requirements, translating them into ServiceNow enhancement requests with clear acceptance criteria.
- Work hand-in-hand with delivery teams and business analysts to convert business needs into actionable backlogs.
- Partner with Scrum Masters to plan sprints by prioritizing business value-aligned user stories, meeting enterprise standards and roadmaps.
- Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to resolve issues and advance product delivery.
- Evaluate scope, estimate efforts, and determine timelines for development activities, coordinating with architects and delivery leads to bring solutions to production.
- Own and regularly update the product vision and roadmap, and constantly engage with agile teams to provide story estimates and validate implemented features through formal reviews and UAT.
- Provide daily platform and application support including integrations and administration, maintaining a deep understanding of current and future capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
- Champion continuous process improvements while participating actively in skill enhancement and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10 to 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years serving as a Product Owner in enterprise environments, especially manufacturing, plant operations, or enterprise IT.
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs in Agile Scrum teams, strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, troubleshoot logically, and translate technical issues into business language.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and information security best practices.
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision and collaborating across teams.
- Experience in mentoring team members and writing comprehensive business requirement documentation using relevant tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and related ITSM modules such as change, incident, problem, knowledge, and security operations management among others.
- Proven success in delivering software products using Agile methodologies.
Work Hours & Location
This role is based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model. Working hours are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm IST.
