Role Overview
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will support the adoption and enhancement of key government digital products including SHIP-HATS, CStack, and StackOps. This role involves analyzing adoption trends and usage metrics, facilitating user experience improvements by managing multi-channel feedback, and collaborating in campaigns to boost product engagement. Additionally, you will assist in capturing the value and impact of these products to inform stakeholders and support internal communications and engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Track product adoption and usage metrics, maintaining dashboards and reports to assess growth opportunities across new subsystems and feature use.
- Design and manage feedback systems through support tickets, user surveys, communication channels, and training, synthesizing insights for product improvement.
- Map and optimize the end-to-end user journey covering onboarding, training, usage support, and exit feedback.
- Collaborate with Product Operation leads to ensure timely user responses and clear guidance.
- Collect data on product benefits such as increased productivity and faster delivery, compiling success narratives for internal dissemination.
- Prepare and contribute to regular product communications including updates, newsletters, roadmaps, and engagement campaigns.
- Facilitate coordination among Product Managers, Engineering, and Enablement teams.
Candidate Profile
- Final-year student or recent graduate in any field with an enthusiasm for product management, data analytics, or developer tools.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical mindset comfortable with using data dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn about large-scale public sector digital platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or GitLab is advantageous but not essential.
