AGC is undergoing digital transformation involving modernizing legislative drafting, implementing AI-driven knowledge management, and building a centralized data infrastructure for evidence-based legal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and strategic alignment to meet long-term organizational goals by defining success metrics and analyzing data quarterly.
• Utilize market research, competitor insights, and emerging technology trends to inform product direction.
• Lead data-driven discovery activities involving user research and feasibility assessments to validate product ideas before development.
• Translate complex legal and policy domain requirements into clear, well-scoped product specifications.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, and operations stakeholders to understand workflows and establish design frameworks for AGC's digital initiatives.
• Manage product development cycles with engineering and design teams, balancing speed, quality, and technical debt considerations.
• Champion responsible AI integration in legal and policy-sensitive contexts, ensuring architectural decisions prioritize user needs and maintainability.
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and promote transparent communication of product goals and progress.
• Mentor junior product managers, support team members in resolving blockers, and contribute to recruitment for a high-performance product team.

Additional Project Scope

• Consolidate dispersed datasets into a centralized data warehouse to enhance legal knowledge management.
• Develop tagging, classification, and metadata frameworks for legal knowledge repositories to support AI capabilities, including large language model applications.
• Establish analytical foundations to enable evidence-based legal operations and decision-making across the AGC.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of product management experience overseeing complex systems or multiple products.
• Demonstrated proficiency in product discovery with a user-centric approach to building scalable solutions.
• Capability to work effectively in highly ambiguous environments, structuring unformed processes and initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience with system integration, data interoperability, and document management frameworks.
• Ability to define long-term product architectures and shared system capabilities beyond just feature delivery.
