About FrankieOne

FrankieOne is dedicated to assisting regulated companies with customer onboarding, identity management, fraud reduction, and compliance adherence through a unified platform and seamless integration. The company connects users with over 350 identity and fraud providers and data sources across more than 180 countries, allowing customers to design, optimize, and evolve their customer journeys efficiently without repeatedly adapting their technology stacks.

Operating in areas like KYC, KYB, AML screening, identity verification, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and orchestration, FrankieOne serves a diverse clientele ranging from fast-growing technology firms to prominent financial institutions, with a vast global market opportunity.

The organization is evolving into a truly AI-driven entity, leveraging AI not merely as an occasional tool but as a fundamental component that transforms market research, content creation, sales enablement, customer analysis, message testing, and go-to-market strategies. The emphasis is on fundamentally redesigning product marketing workflows to fully exploit these advanced AI capabilities, thereby improving quality, speed, and scalability.

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager at FrankieOne will be accountable for positioning, messaging, and market introduction of the platform’s products. This role involves developing a unified language aligning Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, and translating that into impactful launches, campaigns, sales support tools, and a website that clearly communicates FrankieOne's unique offerings and audience.

This highly visible role requires close collaboration with senior leadership, product managers, sales teams, and customers to gain an in-depth understanding of the platform. The incumbent must simplify complex concepts without sacrificing essential details, actively building FrankieOne’s product marketing capabilities and framing the company’s commercial narrative for its global expansion stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously refining company, platform, and product positioning with clear narratives around FrankieOne as an aggregation and orchestration layer for identity and fraud solutions.
  • Translating complex technological capabilities involving KYC, KYB, AML, identity verification, fraud, transaction monitoring, and orchestration into differentiated customer value propositions.
  • Creating tailored messaging frameworks for diverse buyers, use cases, verticals, and markets while ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Developing compelling proof points, customer success stories, and value propositions that resonate with sophisticated enterprise buyers.
  • Leading comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and major releases, covering audience targeting, narrative creation, launch asset development, internal preparedness, and success metrics.
  • Partnering proactively with Product teams to incorporate market, customer, and buyer insights into product roadmaps and packaging decisions.
  • Preparing effective sales and customer success enablement materials including pitch narratives, solution briefs, use-case documentation, competitive insights, objection handling guides, proof points, and presentations fostering confidence and clarity throughout the customer journey.
  • Managing and optimizing the FrankieOne website as a product, enhancing information structure, product and solution pages, use case demonstrations, and core conversion pathways to create clear market-facing explanations and improve engagement.
  • Implementing data-driven and experimental approaches to improve website performance and prospect understanding.
  • Conducting ongoing market, buyer, and competitor intelligence to monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, customer needs, and emerging buying behaviors without publicly exposing competitor names.
  • Using customer and prospect research to refine positioning, product priorities, marketing campaigns, and commercial strategies.
  • Embedding advanced AI tools, such as Claude, into product marketing operations to redesign workflows for research, segmentation, content creation, sales enablement, message validation, customer insights, and campaign execution, fostering scalable, quality, and rapid outputs with appropriate oversight on accuracy, brand standards, and confidentiality.

Success Indicators

  • Establishment of a distinct, clear, and widely adopted market narrative for FrankieOne.
  • Sales teams articulate and differentiate value propositions effectively across various industries and buyer groups.
  • Execution of product launches with measurable commercial focus and impact.
  • A high-converting website that expertly translates intricate capabilities into tangible customer benefits.
  • Systematic incorporation of customer and market insights into Product, Sales, and Marketing decisions.
  • AI-driven marketing workflows significantly enhancing output quality, speed, and strategic leverage.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of product marketing experience within B2B SaaS, preferably in fintech, regtech, identity, fraud, compliance, payments, or related complex regulated industries.
  • Proven success developing positioning, messaging, category narratives, and go-to-market strategies for technical offerings.
  • Expertise in marketing platforms or multi-product suites across multiple buyer personas, verticals, or geographical markets.
  • Ability to deeply comprehend technical products and distill them into compelling, straightforward commercial value.
  • Demonstrated experience creating sales enablement materials actively utilized and trusted by commercial teams.
  • Strong editorial skills capable of crafting both executive-level narratives and clear product page content.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and senior leadership.
  • Hands-on knowledge of website content management, information architecture, and optimizing digital conversion paths.
  • Fluency and documented application of modern AI tools to enhance and restructure workflows to drive substantial improvements.
  • A builder’s attitude, strong commercial acumen, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
