Product Manager – Wallet & Fraud

Role overview

This position is for a Product Manager focused on digital wallet capabilities and fraud prevention in a fintech setting. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is structured as an outsourced assignment with the possibility of yearly extension.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the digital wallet and wallet-fraud product journey from planning through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Set the product direction and translate business goals into a practical roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and business teams to build scalable financial technology solutions.
• Study user needs, market movement, and competitor products to shape stronger wallet functionality.
• Lead fraud-related improvements by strengthening transaction monitoring, detection logic, and security safeguards.
• Track product performance indicators and keep refining customer experience and overall product outcomes.
• Collect, evaluate, and rank business needs, then turn them into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Deliver releases on schedule while preserving quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Experience and profile required

• Background of 4–7+ years in product management, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
• Direct experience handling digital wallet products.
• Solid understanding of wallet fraud, fraud mitigation, risk control, and payment ecosystems.
• Previous work in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly across functions.
• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to make decisions from analysis and product metrics.
