The company focuses on building scalable innovation that remains responsible and audit-ready.
Role Summary
The Product Manager for Trust & Assurance will be responsible for the core systems that determine how secure, reliable, and traceable the platform is. In this role, you will help organizations in regulated settings adopt advanced technology with confidence by creating strong controls around identity, permissions, governance, and system behavior. - Design approval flows and protective guardrails that regulate system actions and encourage responsible use.
- Own auditability and traceability capabilities so user activity and system behavior remain fully visible.
- Guide the creation of monitoring and evaluation tools that measure system reliability and consistency over time.
- Convert compliance and regulatory needs into scalable product features.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to shape priorities and deliver execution.
- Develop secure deployment patterns for different environments, including restricted or isolated setups.
- Lead roadmap decisions for trust and assurance features that influence enterprise adoption.
- Present product strategy, trade-offs, and delivery progress clearly to cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of product management experience with growing ownership and responsibility.
- Background in enterprise platform products, governance tooling, or compliance-oriented solutions.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including role-based and attribute-based access control.
- Experience creating systems that support auditability, observability, or evaluation for complex applications.
- Exposure to AI-driven or non-deterministic systems.
- Ability to turn regulatory or compliance requirements into practical product capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
- Familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, or observability platforms.
- Knowledge of identity platforms or security frameworks.
- Experience serving both commercial and regulated market segments.
