Job Overview
The Product Manager will be responsible for accelerating business expansion by leveraging partner networks, channel partnerships, and market opportunities. This role requires navigating a dynamic and highly target-driven environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance. The position involves overseeing performance across various regions or distributor alliances, prioritizing business scale without compromising quality and governance standards, and utilizing data-driven insights to guide decisions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve business goals by owning revenue targets and gross merchandise value (GMV) delivery; monitor performance closely and capitalize on high-yield opportunities
- Enhance and expand the partner ecosystem by increasing distributor productivity and engagement levels
- Champion strategic growth through cross-selling initiatives and encouraging product usage
- Leverage data and digital platforms to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize customer conversion funnels
- Promote team accountability and productivity to consistently meet operational objectives
- Lead capacity building endeavors via training and professional development programs
