Product Manager, Risk Perception, Platform Responsibility

About the Team

This team works on strengthening content safety systems and improving how risks are identified and managed. It uses advanced large language models and multimodal models to make review processes faster, improve risk controls, and build greater trust for users. The team partners closely with both business and technical stakeholders to create scalable solutions that support fast global expansion.

The platform group is responsible for building and operating platform products that use advanced models to detect risk earlier, helping the business respond more efficiently to risk signals and emerging trends.

Role Summary

As a Product Manager focused on risk perception and platform responsibility, you will own the development of overseas content safety risk discovery and handling platforms. You will guide product roadmap planning and requirements management end to end, with the goal of improving business efficiency and the user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the platform used for discovering and handling overseas content safety risks, and manage the full product lifecycle from roadmap planning through requirement definition.
• Partner with business teams to understand operational scenarios such as video and live streaming, identify pain points in risk governance, and translate them into practical product and operational solutions.
• Build reusable platform capabilities that support common needs across risk workflows.
• Use LLM-based capabilities to improve the speed and quality of risk handling, including sweeping historical content, refining risk detection models and strategies, and delivering efficient universal tools for standardized product execution.
• Analyze post-launch product data, measure optimization impact including model performance, and continuously improve the product through iterative enhancements.

Qualifications

You should bring strong product management experience in platform products within the technology or internet sector, along with hands-on exposure to risk identification and handling workflows such as rule engines, strategy debugging, and risk expansion.

The role also requires strong business understanding, a good grasp of user pain points, sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate well across functions. You should be able to prioritize quickly in a fast-moving environment while coordinating multiple stakeholders to meet business goals.

Preferred Background

Experience with AI-related products or projects, familiarity with frontier industry capabilities, and exposure to large-scale project coordination will be an advantage. Comfort working in a high-tempo environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities is also valued.
