This role focuses on shaping product strategy, packaging, promotion, and tailoring our offerings to meet the needs of users, specifically within Google Ads.
Google Ads supports businesses by facilitating search, display, and video campaigns across Google's advertising network, contributing to Google's mission to sustain accessible and free content on the web. You will explore and implement cutting-edge technologies that enable publishers to monetize their content and help advertisers engage effectively with their audiences.
Google Ads features multiple specialized teams working on search, display, shopping, travel, and video ads, as well as analytics, creating trustworthy experiences for users and businesses alike, empowering a wide range of clients—from small enterprises to large brands and YouTube creators.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of three years in product management or a related technical position.
- At least one year of experience taking technical products from concept to launch, demonstrating end-to-end delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in technology or business fields.
- Two years of experience in business functions such as strategic marketing, consulting, or business operations.
- Experience delivering technical presentations to senior leadership over a period of at least two years.
- Two years working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- At least one year of software development or engineering experience.
- Interest or experience in integrating accessibility best practices into product development.
