Role overview
This opportunity is for a Canada-based Product Manager, Growth position with a partner company that handles the recruitment process and all follow-up steps. The role sits within a fast-scaling SaaS environment and focuses on improving the full growth funnel, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. It is a remote-first position designed for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems with data, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will do
- Lead the complete experimentation workflow for growth initiatives, from coming up with ideas and ranking them to launching tests and reviewing results.
- Plan and execute 10 to 20 experiments each quarter to lift activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and conversion performance.
- Formulate strong, testable hypotheses using product analytics, user behavior patterns, and business performance signals.
- Set the expected success measures before each experiment and assess outcomes using both metrics and customer feedback.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver, measure, and refine growth-focused product work.
- Turn experiment learnings and customer input into clear product recommendations and roadmap inputs.
- Perform independent analysis and work with analytics partners to spot opportunities and validate new product directions.
- Speak with customers regularly to better understand needs, pain points, and where the product can grow further.
What the role requires
- Previous experience working as a Product Manager in a SaaS business or product-led growth setting.
- Practical experience conducting A/B tests or similarly structured product experiments from concept through analysis.
- A strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret product data and make decisions grounded in evidence.
- Experience setting success criteria and judging product performance based on measurable outcomes.
- Capability to analyze user behavior and product data independently to surface insights and growth opportunities.
- Solid understanding of growth topics such as activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, and conversion optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A high sense of ownership and comfort working in fast-moving, uncertain, remote-first environments.
- Bonus experience includes SQL, and familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, PostHog, Statsig, Customer.io, or Metabase, plus exposure to high-growth startups or growth-oriented roles.

- Annual compensation is stated at USD 85,000 to USD 115,000, depending on experience and location.
