Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, high-caliber team led by experienced leaders in technology and operations. Product Managers here act as hands-on individual contributors and partner closely with a Lead Product Manager. The role centers on understanding customer value, shaping initiatives, and keeping product work moving through fast feedback cycles.

The team values deep focus, fewer meetings, strong collaboration in person, and flexibility around personal life. The company is also expanding its ambitions and wants to move faster to launch new products for contractors, internal operations, and B2B partners from concept to release.

What You Will Do

• Define and shape new product opportunities from the ground up.
• Work across discovery, planning, execution, and delivery for product initiatives.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical limits into practical product direction.
• Break complex problems into manageable projects and identify the most important tradeoffs.
• Keep teams aligned and moving through consistent feedback loops with users and stakeholders.
• Use structured thinking to bring clarity to ambiguous or messy problems.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, operations teams, and other partners.
• Support decisions with a mix of data, judgment, and user insight.
• Engage directly with users in the field or in office settings to understand real-world workflows.

What We Are Looking For

You should be a strong generalist product thinker with sound judgment and experience taking product work from discovery through launch. The ideal candidate can balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities without losing sight of execution.

You should enjoy speaking with users, recognizing patterns in their behavior, and turning observations into clear artifacts that guide the team. A systematic, detail-oriented mindset is important, along with the ability to manage ambiguity, encourage constructive debate, and help groups reach decisions quickly.

The company is looking for someone who is motivated by in-person collaboration and comfortable working closely with teammates and users. Prior experience in construction, building science, or HVAC is not required, but curiosity and willingness to learn about residential electrification are important.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of professional product management experience is required, ideally in a fast-moving software environment.

Location Requirement

Candidates should live within 50 miles of Denver, Colorado, or be open to relocating there.

Nice to Have

• Background with large-scale consumer or B2B products
• Experience delivering both mobile and web software
• Strong understanding of workflows, systems, and operational tools
• Exposure to residential construction, electrification, HVAC, CAD, solar, or energy sectors
• Experience working in an early-stage startup
