Role Overview

As a Product Manager for Customer Operations, you'll refine product experiences for an expanding and diverse consumer base using data-driven insights, UX research, and deep partner understanding. Your focus will be on delivering measurable outcomes, managing the product roadmap in collaboration with partners, and integrating fintech expertise into cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and brand stakeholders. Leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Claude Design will be integral to accelerating prototyping and iteration. Empowered by a fast-paced startup environment, you will take ownership of impactful initiatives.

Senior-level responsibilities may include defining strategic roadmaps, representing product perspectives in executive and partner settings, and influencing the PM team's operational practices.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years in product management focused on consumer-facing applications.
  • Strong comprehensive understanding of consumer products emphasizing user experience, experimentation, and design detail.
  • Proven track record of delivering products with quantifiable results and solid customer insight drawn from direct feedback, support data, and behavioral analysis.
  • Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Statsig.
  • Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs effectively to diverse teams and executives, fostering alignment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exercising detail-oriented ownership typical of dynamic startups.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, credit products, loyalty programs, rewards, or regulated consumer sectors is advantageous.

Technical Environment

The role utilizes tools including Claude, Claude Design, Figma, Snowflake, Sigma, and Statsig, focused on mobile-first product delivery.
