Product Manager - Commodity Derivatives

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Product Manager to lead the expansion and innovation of our Commodity Derivatives division. This position demands in-depth knowledge of commodity markets, customer dynamics, product strategy, and effective business execution. The successful applicant will identify emerging market opportunities, improve customer experience, collaborate with cross-departmental teams, and implement initiatives to boost product adoption, revenue, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement product strategies aimed at increasing client acquisition, activation, user engagement, and revenue generation.
• Identify new market possibilities by benchmarking competitors, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Research, Marketing, and Sales to introduce product enhancements and initiatives.
• Innovate and launch new product features, pricing models, campaigns, and value propositions to enhance the customer journey.
• Manage product launch activities ensuring smooth execution across all distribution channels.
• Continuously monitor exchange updates, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to discover new business prospects.
• Partner with branch and digital distribution units to boost product penetration and increase customer activation rates.
